on how he wanted his case to be, no-one really had an idea about what it would
eventually become.

Solid brass detailing and piano-style hinging on accessory compartment lids. 6-ply laminate construction with multiple structural partitions, zinc-plated through-bolted reinforcements. Splinter retainer in the lid for extra protection. Full-sized music pouch, padded on underside. YKK zippers.
